About the Role
We’re hiring an Install Dispatch & Logistics Manager to own daily scheduling, routing, and completion of installation jobs. This role is ideal for professionals coming from logistics, dispatch, last-mile delivery, or route-based operations.
You’ll manage crews the way delivery leaders manage drivers—ensuring every stop is completed, every job is closed, and every dollar is collected.

What You’ll Do
Schedule and dispatch multiple install crews daily
Manage routes, ETAs, and workload balancing
Monitor job status and completion in real time
Resolve delays, bottlenecks, and missed expectations
Communicate continuously via Slack and CRM tools
Ensure 100% job close-out, documentation, and payment collection
