Inside Sales / Customer Service
Support sales to improve their productivity by inputting bids, preparing reports, coordinating with other teams, and handling assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:- Receive bid requests from outside sales reps, input project details into the CRM software, review blueprints, and schedule estimates to be completed.
- Conduct brief reviews of quotes, then forward them to sales team for distribution to customers.
- Work with the outside sales team for lead generation.
- Ensuring continuity of sales operations by covering for RSM’s during vacations or other absences and assisting with open territories as required.
- Assist with contract receipt, review and filing.
- Perform an initial assessment of orders to verify the presence and accuracy of all required information and documents.
- Assuming primary responsibility for the management of several key accounts.
- Communicate on a regular basis with Market Manager
Required:
- Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage and monitor the bid process daily.
- Effective communication both in written and verbal form
- Organized and ability to prioritize well.
- Ability to travel occasionally to see customers and outside sales reps
- Capable of handling difficult customers with professionalism
- Willingness to relocate if needed and have the ambition to advance into a Regional Sales Manager position.
Preferred:
- 4 Year College Degree in Applicable Field
- Inside or Outside Sales Experience
- Salesforce experience
