Location: Plano, TX
Base Salary: $55,000 + uncapped commission
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

We're partnering with a growing organization seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will:
  • Drive outbound prospecting while supporting active accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships through consistent follow-up
  • Collaborate with outside sales to move opportunities forward
  • Generate qualified meetings that turn into real revenue
What You'll Be Doing
  • Make high-volume outbound calls and follow up via email
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the outside sales team
  • Manage inbound inquiries and maintain ongoing client communication
  • Use CRM tools, data platforms, and LinkedIn for prospecting
  • Track activity and keep pipeline data clean and up to date
  • Support account touchpoints to keep deals moving forward
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 1+ year of B2B outbound cold calling experience
  • Comfortable handling consistent call volume daily
  • Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ability to thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment
Nice to Have
  • Experience with account management or client follow-up
  • Background in SDR or inside sales roles with customer interaction
  • Experience balancing outbound sales with relationship management
