We're partnering with a growing organization seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will:
- Drive outbound prospecting while supporting active accounts
- Build and maintain relationships through consistent follow-up
- Collaborate with outside sales to move opportunities forward
- Generate qualified meetings that turn into real revenue
What You'll Be Doing
- Make high-volume outbound calls and follow up via email
- Schedule qualified meetings for the outside sales team
- Manage inbound inquiries and maintain ongoing client communication
- Use CRM tools, data platforms, and LinkedIn for prospecting
- Track activity and keep pipeline data clean and up to date
- Support account touchpoints to keep deals moving forward
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1+ year of B2B outbound cold calling experience
- Comfortable handling consistent call volume daily
- Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
- Ability to thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with account management or client follow-up
- Background in SDR or inside sales roles with customer interaction
- Experience balancing outbound sales with relationship management
