Inside Sales Representative

OnPoint CX Solutions is looking for an inside sales representative to join our call center team in our Henderson office. This is an on-site, part-time, morning shift position (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–10:00 AM) ideal for outbound sales professionals who thrive in a performance-driven, high-energy call center environment.

Position Overview:
As an inside sales representative, you will make outbound calls to decision-makers to educate them on energy service options and enroll qualified accounts. This is a high-volume outbound sales role focused on both residential and commercial/business accounts. You will work on a structured sales floor with clear performance expectations, coaching, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and business accounts
• Speak with business owners and decision-makers
• Present energy service solutions clearly and professionally
• Overcome objections and close sales
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets
• Track leads and sales activity in CRM systems

• Previous B2B, inside sales, outbound sales, or call center experience preferred
• Strong phone presence and closing ability
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Experience handling objections and negotiating
• Competitive and goal-driven mindset
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
