Who We’re Looking For:
Sales or mortgage experience preferred but not required
A strong work ethic and competitive mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Must be available for full-time, onsite work (no remote or part-time positions available)
What You’ll Do:
Work directly with borrowers, assisting them through the mortgage process
Support Loan Officers with structuring and processing loan applications
Gather necessary documentation and ensure smooth transactions
Build relationships with clients to drive referrals and repeat business
Collaborate with sales and processing teams to achieve team goals
