Compensation & Schedule

• $23.08/hour + uncapped commission
• Full-time, 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday
• Schedule between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Start Date: April 21, 2026

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving company growth by converting landlord leads into signed lease agreements. You will own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, while building strong relationships and guiding prospects through the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls and manage inbound landlord inquiries
• Build rapport, identify decision-makers, and guide lease negotiations
• Present lease terms clearly and persuasively
• Overcome objections and close agreements efficiently
• Prepare and submit accurate lease documentation
• Maintain detailed and organized CRM records
• Research and verify property and lease information using internal and public tools

Minimum Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outbound or commission-based sales experience (required)
• Proven ability to close sales (required)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Ability to multitask and follow structured sales processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• CRM software (Salesforce or similar)

• Internal sales and data verification platforms

Preferred Skills

• Call center or high-volume sales experience
• Track record of exceeding quotas or earning commission-based incentives
