Inside Sales / Office Assistant (Temp-to-Hire) - Northwest Houston
Full-Time | 100% Onsite | Monday-Friday
A well‑established manufacturing company in Northwest Houston is seeking a motivated Inside Sales / Office Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role offers a clear path to becoming an Inside Sales Representative upon permanent hire, along with strong benefits and commission potential.
Compensation
- $20-$22/hr during the temp period
- Commission available once converted to permanent hire
Key Responsibilities
- Entering work-site assessments and related paperwork
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers
- Data entry and administrative support
- Logging information into the in-house system (training provided)
- Using Advanced Excel, including pivot tables
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience Corporate or business sales environment preferred
- Open to entry‑level candidates with strong interest in sales
- Strong work ethic, high integrity, and a can‑do attitude
- Desire to grow in sales and contribute to team success
