Job Summary:
An Account Executive is needed to lead sales efforts for infusion therapy services within a designated territory surrounding Milwaukee, WI. The role focuses on building relationships with medical clinics in specialties such as GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, and Rheumatology. The ideal candidate will possess healthcare sales experience and a strong understanding of infusion therapy services.
Job Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities within targeted medical specialties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinic decision-makers, and other stakeholders.
Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position services.
Tailor and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals based on clinic needs.
Serve as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams by providing customer feedback.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts for senior management.
Continuously enhance industry knowledge, particularly in GI, Neurology, Dermatology, and Rheumatology markets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, especially with GI, Neurology, Dermatology, and Rheumatology clinics.
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
