CTG is seeking to fill an Infrastructure Analyst III – Job Scheduling and Migration position for our client.

 

Location: Buffalo, NY (remote one day per week)
Duration: 12 months

 

Responsibilities:
• Manage and migrate job definitions across Dev, Test, and Prod environments
• Ensure job scheduling standards, quality assurance, and production migrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve batch job and scheduling incidents
• Perform system maintenance, patching, upgrades, and health checks
• Support scheduling platform upgrades, disaster recovery, and automation initiatives
• Document procedures and collaborate with cross-functional teams

 

Skills & Technologies:
• Broadcom Automic, AutoSys, BMC Control-M, Forta JAMS, or Redwood ActiveBatch
• Windows and Linux (Red Hat) OS, Oracle/SQL databases
• Cloud technologies (Azure/DevOps) and production environment monitoring
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills

 

Experience & Education:
• 6+ years of relevant work experience or higher education
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science, 7+ years combined experience, certifications in scheduling/infrastructure technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team collaboration

 

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
