Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Information Technology Analyst to join our team. This role involves conducting research and data analysis to support telecom projects, specifically focusing on Wire Center Migration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom environments, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of data effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Master Data Management (MDM)
• 7+ years of experience with Telecom - Network Management
• Ability to work directly for Artech on W2
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and data management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic, customer-focused mindset
• Confident in communicating with senior stakeholders and escalating critical issues when necessary

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with telecom inventory tools such as TIRKS
• Understanding of telecom circuit provisioning, legacy technologies (e.g., TDM), and CLLI codes
• Skilled in relational database research and data analysis using various tools

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct ad hoc research tasks to support the Wire Center Migration team, including OSP migration managers
• Research and compile data from internal systems, internet sources, and regulatory documents
• Manage and update project databases with circuit and corporate identity information
• Perform data entry and updates using tools like Excel and Quickbase
• Prepare and analyze data related to 911 services for the migration project
