Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer trouble calls as prioritized by the Device Support Analyst Team Lead.
- Review and recommend hardware solutions and processes for PCs, printers, and terminals.
- Identify necessary spare parts and components; order and maintain adequate stock in inventory.
- Arrange and schedule installation or modification with the customer.
- Provide training to the customer as needed for installations.
- Maintain inventory, documentation, records, and reporting tools according to department standards.
- Follow set procedures in managing trouble tickets.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity across multiple hardware platforms including AS400.
- Report to the Manager of Device Support and Help Desk.
- Adhere to safety precautions and protocols when working in clinical areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree, or 1 year of experience, or A+ or equivalent technical certification.
- Experience with maintenance and/or setup of personal computers and peripheral equipment.
- Knowledge of PCs, printers, and networking equipment.
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license, automobile insurance verification, and a good driving record for the past three years.
