Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer trouble calls as prioritized by the Device Support Analyst Team Lead.
  • Review and recommend hardware solutions and processes for PCs, printers, and terminals.
  • Identify necessary spare parts and components; order and maintain adequate stock in inventory.
  • Arrange and schedule installation or modification with the customer.
  • Provide training to the customer as needed for installations.
  • Maintain inventory, documentation, records, and reporting tools according to department standards.
  • Follow set procedures in managing trouble tickets.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity across multiple hardware platforms including AS400.
  • Report to the Manager of Device Support and Help Desk.
  • Adhere to safety precautions and protocols when working in clinical areas.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree, or 1 year of experience, or A+ or equivalent technical certification.
  • Experience with maintenance and/or setup of personal computers and peripheral equipment.
  • Knowledge of PCs, printers, and networking equipment.
  • Valid Oklahoma driver's license, automobile insurance verification, and a good driving record for the past three years.
