Experience working with children in daycare or educational settings is preferred.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including curriculum development and childhood development milestones.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and staff.

Patience, creativity, and adaptability in addressing the diverse needs of children.
CDA required
Assist in the planning and implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote childhood development.
Support children in daily routines, including meals, playtime, and nap time, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
Communicate effectively with children to encourage their learning and development.
Observe and document children's progress, providing feedback to lead teachers on individual needs.
Foster an inclusive atmosphere for all children, including those with disabilities, by adapting activities as necessary.
Collaborate with the teaching team to create engaging learning experiences that align with our curriculum.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
