What You’ll Do
Lead daily routines, learning activities, and care.
Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
Support smooth classroom operations each day.
What You’ll Receive
Pay: $17-18.50/hr for Aides (Once qualified as a Caregiver you can earn $19-$21+/hr)
Bonuses: $750 New Hire Bonus

Who We’re Looking For
Caring, dependable individuals who enjoy working with young children
No experience required—just enthusiasm, patience, and a willingness to learn
Team players who can support various age groups as needed
Caregiver Qualified Applicants must meet PATCH certification requirements including 1-2 years of exp working with children under 3 in a licensed preschool
