Position: Industrial Mechanics Instructor

Job Objectives:

Plans, implements, and evaluates instruction in the
Industrial Mechanics curriculum designed to address a
wide range of skill levels. Within this pathway students
will learn to repair, troubleshoot, and maintain all types
of industrial equipment; fabricate materials for new
and replaceable parts; and develop skills in residential
wiring, industrial motor controls (PLC), hydraulics/
pneumatics, refrigeration, and robotic programming.
Industry certifications include: OSHA 10-Hour Safety
Card; American Welding Society (AWS) certifications;
Class A CDL; and Snap-On 596F Digital Multimeter
certification. The Industrial Mechanics program is
part of Vantage RAMTEC. Prior successful classroom
instructional experience preferred. Helps students
make appropriate choices and encourages parental
involvement.
