Responsibilities:
- Addressing any outages seen and ensuring that outages are worked until compliance
- Executing daily activities as needed for each shift
- Working with operations to address equipment issues on an as needed basis
- Serving as a conduit for 2-way communication for feedback between operators and maintenance resources in order to work in a collaborative manner
- Coordinating with operations ensuring any downtime is utilized effectively
- Communicating with lead maintenance technician in morning meetings
- Attending scheduled meetings, safety meetings, asset meetings, etc.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Associate's degree in maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Experience with large heavy equipment required
