Industrial/Manufacturing Recruiter

Precision Staffing is seeking an experienced Recruiter for our growing manufacturing/industrial division in Rock Hill. The ideal individual has the ability to work hard to meet and exceed goals, work closely with a team of recruiters and clients, and maintain a level of confidentiality with sensitive HR-related information. This career role is for someone who is driven, resourceful, and polite and polished when interacting with candidates and clients.

Primary Job Functions:

• Screen applications, recruit candidates, interview and place employees with manufacturing and warehouse clients and analyze their qualifications
• Pre-screen new employees, extend job offers and facilitate on-boarding process
• Counsel and/or terminate employees if needed
• Handle client reporting requirements
• Work with clients to discern recruiting needs and be a partner in determining strategy for accomplishing staffing goals
• Create and implement unique strategies for talent acquisition
• Evaluate recruiting and placement performance and determine metrics that enable you to continuously improve.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years post-college relevant experience
• College Degree (at least an associates) required
• Above average computer and software skills
• Superior communications skills, both written and verbal
• Customer-service first mentality
• Works well on a team and individually
• Comfortable with counseling and/or terminating employees
• Able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive documents
• Organized, driven, dependable
