We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a technical role requiring deep expertise in industrial automation, motor controls, and electrical troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ensuring our automated systems remain operational through rigorous preventative maintenance and advanced diagnostic repair.
Core Responsibilities
PLC Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues within Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to minimize downtime.
Electrical & Motor Control: Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and installation of AC/DC motors and drive systems.
Mechanical & Systems Repair: Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across the facility.
Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance protocols on high-speed machinery and automated equipment.
Rapid Response: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to maintain production flow.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Required Technical Skills
PLC Programming/Diagnostic Experience: Proven ability to work with and troubleshoot PLC logic.
Motor Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AC/DC motor troubleshooting, wiring, and installation.
Industrial Electricity: Deep understanding of control circuits, relays, and VFDs.
Shift Availability: This position is specifically for Second or Third Shift operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Siemens Experience: Proficiency with Siemens hardware and software (e.g., TIA Portal, S7-1200/1500) is a significant plus.
Experience in a high-volume, automated manufacturing environment.
