A growing manufacturing operation in the Atlanta area is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join the team. This role supports high volume production equipment, facility electrical systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, hands on experience in an industrial setting, and the ability to work independently while supporting a busy maintenance department.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems including motors, drives, control panels, and three phase power
- Perform electrical work on production machinery, packaging equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
- Support PLC troubleshooting at the I O level and assist with equipment startups, changeovers, and upgrades
- Perform preventive maintenance and identify opportunities to reduce downtime
- Ensure all work follows NEC, OSHA, and facility safety standards
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Experience as an industrial or manufacturing electrician
- Strong knowledge of 120V to 480V three phase electrical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, and control circuits
- Basic PLC exposure or I O diagnostics experience preferred
- Ability to read schematics, interpret blueprints, and understand electrical theory
- Experience working in a fast paced production environment
- Ability to work overtime or off shift hours as needed
