Location: Jamestown/ Lakewood NY USA 14750

Duration: (Direct Hire Role).

Shift: : 2nd 3pm to 11pm and 3rd Shift, it would be 10pm to 6am.

Pay Rate: $38.70/hr. with shift premium.

Relocation Assistance: Available.

Job Summary:

· Troubleshoots, assembles, installs, tests, and maintains mechanical systems using all necessary tools to keep equipment available and capable.

· Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment.

· May work independently and instruct and coach others.

· We are looking for a talented ATF Machine Repair - Level III to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Client’s Inc. facility in Jamestown, NY.

Education/Experience:

· High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

· This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Qualifications for Internal Candidates

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

One of the following minimum requirements:

· At least 7 years of experience in a relevant trade field, or

· A Journeyman Trade Certificate with relevant experience, or

· Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to interpret schematics, manuals, and blueprints.

· Ability to provide training, mentorship, and guidance to apprentices.

· Willingness and ability to work overtime and weekends as needed to support production.

· A 2-year technical degree in a related field, plus 3 years’ experience working in the Machine Repair/Industrial Electrical field.

Machine Repair Specific:

· Knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyance systems, CNC equipment, and automation required.

· Responsible for completing machine layouts and machine installations.

• Precut in a different department before gets to the sewer, but may float over to that area
• Sew material such as pillows, tote bags, pouches, zippers, labels
• Select appropriate raw materials, hardware, tools, tags and equipment necessary to produce and sew various web products
• Check product prior to be sewn; check for stains
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Use a ruler, add.
  subtract and calculate fractions Prior experience in sewing
• Placing spools of thread on spindles
• Cut new covering materials, using patterns and measuring and cutting instruments, following sketches and design specifications
• Preparing machine for production, regulating machine, producing parts, maintaining specifications, resolving production problems, ensuring correct operation of equipment
• Maintain time and production records
• Faced during the testing period
• Prepare machine by changing needles and thread, oiling and changing bobbin, and securing attachments
• Operate industrial sewing machine to piece together fabrics at various stages
• Cut away from the finished product
• Sew one straight line on fabric with mechanical assistance
• Track and maintain formulary information for specific clients
• Participate in the creation of photo concepts to meet the requirements of the art supervisor and internal clients
• Set up sewing machine and conveyor
• Feed fabric through needle housing while using a foot pedal to control the needle speed
• Maintain open and professional communication with members from Advertising and Merchandising
