Pay: $35-$40/hr DOE.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm (possible overtime and weekends as needed).
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Journeyman Electrician with strong industrial experience to join our team. This role involves working in a variety of demanding industrial environments and requires a high level of technical skill, professionalism, and flexibility to travel. Candidates with automation and controls experience are strongly preferred.

- Frac sand facilities.
- Lime plants.
- Oil & Gas facilities.
- Food and beverage plants.
- Aggregate operations.
- Concrete batching plants.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and equipment.
- Bend and install rigid conduit up to 4”.
- Perform cable tray installations.
- Install and terminate control panels.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and layout drawings.
- Perform work in compliance with NEC, OSHA, and site-specific safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades on job sites.
- Travel to various job sites as required, including overnight stays.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license (required).
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician (I&E).
- Knowledge of automation and controls systems (PLC, instrumentation, motor controls) is a plus.
- Experience working in heavy industrial environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work in physically demanding conditions and varying weather.
Physical & Work Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work at heights or in confined spaces.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
