Job Description

Command Companies, one of the nation's largest privately held printing groups, is seeking Industrial Electricians to join our Maintenance team in Trenton, NJ. This role is essential to keeping our state-of-the-art printing facility running efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, VFDs, PLCs, presses, and control panels.

• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

• Support equipment upgrades, new installations, and facility improvement projects.

• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.

• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues quickly.

Requirements

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license (as required).

• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing experience.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, motors, drives, and instrumentation.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
