Industrial Electrician –

Pay: $30–$45/hour (based on experience)
Location: Kansas City Metro (local projects)
Schedule: Standard daytime hours (Monday–Friday)

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Electrician to support installation projects across the Kansas City metro area. This is primarily local work with occasional travel (if needed and discussed in advance). Electricians typically meet on-site, so reliable transportation is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Install electrical wiring, conduit, panels, and fixtures per specifications and code

• Assemble and install motors, control systems, switchgear, and distribution equipment

• Connect, test, and troubleshoot newly installed systems to ensure proper operation

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings

• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other trades to meet project timelines

• Identify and resolve installation issues, documenting work and corrections

• Follow all safety standards and maintain a safe job site

What We’re Looking For:

• Journeyman-level experience required (license preferred but not required)

• Strong ability to read prints and perform industrial installations

• Experience with motors, controls, and industrial systems preferred

• Dependable with strong problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel is local; mileage typically not reimbursed)
