Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, including motors, control panels, VFDs, and PLC-controlled equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues to quickly restore production
  • Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on plant equipment
  • Diagnose and repair issues with automation systems, including PLCs and HMIs
  • Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including OSHA and NFPA regulations
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment performance and reliability

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
  • Experience working with 480V 3-phase systems, motor controls, and drives
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder logic
  • Familiarity with automation, sensors, and control systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Electrical certification, journeyman license, or technical degree
  • Experience with robotics or advanced automation systems
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems (CMMS)
