Industrial Electrical Superintendent

Renfrow Industrial is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee industrial electrical field operations and lead crews toward safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. This is a working Superintendent position.

Pay & Benefits

• $36 – $45+ per hour (based on experience)

Normal Working Hours

• Monday through Thursday (typical)
• Schedule varies by project
• Overtime and off-hours coordination as required

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical foremen and crews across projects
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, and work sequencing
• Ensure safety, quality, and code compliance
• Interface with project management and clients
• Resolve field issues and support project delivery

Physical Requirements

• Access and walk active construction sites
• Work at heights and in industrial environments
• Maintain situational awareness throughout the day
