An industrial real estate developer that focus's 100% on industrial and logistics developing and investing. With projects in 15 + states across the United States, they are looking to add to their team in the Minneapolis area immediately.




Description

Some Responsibilities of an Industrial Development Manager are:

  • Oversight of consultants for survey, geotechnical review, environmental, legal, zoning, permitting, etc.
  • Review survey / title information, easements, environmental data, zoning, governing agency requirements, utilities, etc.
  • Create predevelopment cost budgets and schedules
  • Oversee third-party preconstruction and design teams.
  • Manage the schedule, cost, change order reviews.
  • Review monthly development draws and submit with approval recommendations.

Profile

The Successful Industrial Development Manager will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineer, construction management, architecture, or real estate.
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in commercial real estate OR 5+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager on Industrial builds from cradle to grave.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Must be local to Minneapolis
