What We’re Looking For
Active insurance license (Life & Health preferred) or willing to obtain
Prior experience in insurance sales or agency support
Strong communication and leadership skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable balancing mentorship with administrative responsibilities
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
What You’ll Do
Mentor and support new agents through onboarding, training, and daily production
Assist agents with applications, underwriting questions, and policy follow-ups
Lead by example with professionalism, work ethic, and positive office culture
Handle light administrative tasks (tracking production, organizing files, coordinating schedules, etc.)
Serve as a go-to resource for agents and management
Work collaboratively in an in-office team environment
We’re looking for a licensed insurance agent, or be willing to obtain, who’s ready to step into a leadership role—someone who enjoys mentoring new agents, setting the tone in the office, and keeping things running smoothly day to day.
This role is ideal for an experienced agent who wants more impact than just writing their own business.
