Advise internal stakeholders on contract terms, risk allocation, and commercial strategy across business units
Partner with operational and compliance teams on international trade, regulatory, and performance-related matters
Develop and refine contract templates, playbooks, and internal processes to improve efficiency and consistency
Support corporate compliance initiatives, including anti-bribery, export controls, and internal policies
Assist with due diligence and contract analysis related to strategic transactions and partnerships
Contribute to public company reporting and disclosure review, as needed
Provide internal training and guidance on legal and commercial topics

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate legal concepts for non-legal audiences
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to build relationships across functions
Working knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., anti-bribery, export controls)
Exposure to areas such as intellectual property licensing, antitrust, or revenue recognition is a plus
