Position – Implementation Specialist

Job type - Fulltime

Role Summary

We are seeking a technically strong, client-facing Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support of a SaaS platform used by municipalities, law enforcement agencies, and public-sector organizations.

This role requires ownership of the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system configuration through go-live, training, and post-launch support. The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, experience working in SaaS environments, and hands-on exposure to SQL for troubleshooting and data validation.

This is not a development role, but technical depth and system-level understanding are essential.

 

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

  • Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations for public-sector clients from kickoff through go-live
  • Translate client operational requirements into system configuration
  • Manage multiple active implementations while maintaining structured timelines
  • Identify and reduce bottlenecks in implementation cycles

Technical Analysis & Data Validation

  • Write and execute SQL queries to support troubleshooting and data validation
  • Assist with data mapping, validation, and user acceptance testing
  • Investigate system behavior and perform root cause analysis when issues arise

Client Onboarding & Training

  • Deliver structured onboarding sessions and remote training to municipal and law enforcement users
  • Develop user guides, documentation, and configuration best practices
  • Support clients during early adoption to ensure a stable transition

Technical Liaison & Ongoing Support

  • Act as the primary liaison between public-sector clients and internal product or engineering teams
  • Coordinate issue resolution and manage escalations professionally
  • Provide ongoing support and recommend process or configuration improvements

 

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, systems analysis, or technical client support
  • Strong experience writing and interpreting SQL queries
  • Experience supporting configurable enterprise or SaaS platforms
  • Client-facing experience in structured or regulated environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with public-sector, municipal, or law enforcement clients
  • Exposure to ETL processes, data validation, or system integrations
  • Familiarity with CRM or workflow-driven platforms
  • Experience improving implementation timelines or operational efficiency
