Bottega Salaria is a service driven Italian Restaurant now open in Fredericksburg, TX. We are building a strong, professional opening team and are currently hiring for the following positions:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Line Cook who takes pride in consistency, organization, and execution.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute menu items to spec
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station
Work efficiently during service while supporting the kitchen team
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
What we re looking for:
Previous line cook experience preferred
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
Reliability and professionalism
We are looking for a Food Runner who supports smooth service and clear communication between the kitchen and front of house.
Responsibilities:
Deliver food accurately and efficiently from kitchen to table
Communicate with kitchen and service staff during service
Maintain clean and organized expo and service areas
Support servers during peak service times
What we re looking for:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Restaurant experience a plus, but not required
We are seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools
Maintain cleanliness of dish station and BOH areas
Assist with kitchen cleanup as needed
What we re looking for:
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work efficiently and stay organized
Kitchen experience a plus, but not required
