Immediate Opening - Event Promotions Associate

In this entry-level role, the Marketing Assistant will use their upbeat personality and extraordinary ability to capture an audience to create excitement for our various NGO partners in throughout the Nashville area. The Event Promotions Associate will be responsible for proactively conveying our clients' brand message to potential customers through interactive marketing campaigns. The Event Promotions Associate will be expected to manage all sales requests, accurately track revenue, manage inventory and report back to senior management.

Event Promotions Associate Responsibilities:

• Develop, setup and execute promotional marketing events used to create awareness and generate revenue for our clients
• Set up promotional marketing displays and manage inventory at each promotional marketing event
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing materials
• Execute marketing presentations to potential customers to increase sales and revenue for our clients
• Maintain relationships with business partners, marketing/advertising clients, and stakeholders

Event Promotions Associate Requirements:

• High school diploma 
• At least some experience in a customer-facing role 
• Leadership experience is preferred 
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Ability to work some nights and weekends for marketing events 
• Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to a schedule
• Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for clients and consumers
• Positive attitude & eagerness to learn
