IDC & Network Procurement Manager
Location: North America (Remote)
Salary Range: 90,000 – 240,000 USD per year
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IDC & Network Procurement Manager to manage global partnerships with telecom operators, data center providers, and cloud infrastructure partners.
This role focuses on supporting international infrastructure deployment, optimizing network connectivity, and managing strategic relationships with global telecom operators and data center vendors.
You will collaborate with international infrastructure teams to support data center deployment, network interconnection planning, and global network performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop partnerships with global data center and cloud infrastructure providers
Lead commercial negotiations with international telecom operators and network providers
Optimize network performance including peering, routing, and interconnection strategies
Coordinate operations and escalation processes between internal teams and international operators
Provide strategic input on overseas data center deployment and network interconnection planning
Manage long-term vendor relationships with telecom operators and infrastructure partners
Support global infrastructure expansion initiatives across multiple regions
Requirements
5+ years of experience in data center procurement, network infrastructure, or telecom operator partnerships
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and telecom network environments
Experience working with telecom operators, data center providers, or cloud infrastructure environments
Ability to manage international vendor negotiations
English as a working language
Stable career progression with no frequent job changes
