The client already operates within an established ICM platform (SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management), and this effort will focus on extending and optimizing that environment to update business logic, integrate with enterprise systems, and prepare for end-to-end deployment.
Key objectives include
Business Requirements - Driving the definition and alignment of ICM business requirements across business units and with Sales, HR, Finance, Ops, and IT stakeholders
Defined Solution Architecture Facilitating the design of a scalable and integrated solution architecture that enhances the existing ICM system.
Architectural Roadmap - Aligning design and roadmap with Tranes architectural governance (e.g., Architecture Council) and enterprise security requirements
Updated Delivery Plan - Finalizing a delivery schedule and approach to support build and deployment readiness
Resource Needs - Identifying technical components, dependencies needed for successful implementation
Business Case - Updating the business case, risk assessment, and resource model to reflect the integrated ICM solution.
