Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 8 years of experience with IBM Sterling Commerce OMS
• Proven experience in managing user access and system administration
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in integrating systems and improving processes
• Familiarity with digital commerce solutions
• Certifications related to IBM Sterling Commerce

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage user access and ensure stakeholders receive product notifications
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using IBM Sterling OMS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system integration and process improvement
