Job Overview

The Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Analyst will support the organization's identity security initiatives across corporate and operational environments. The role focuses on application onboarding to IGA platforms, authentication modernization (FIDO2/passwordless), and strengthening identity governance controls.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IGA, PAM, and MFA platforms, strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, and experience implementing Zero Trust identity controls.

Key Responsibilities Application Onboarding and Integration
  • Onboard applications into IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle).
  • Define access models, entitlements, and approval workflows.
  • Implement least-privilege access and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
Identity Security and Risk Management
  • Identify and remediate identity risks such as:
    • Orphaned accounts
    • Excessive entitlements
    • Privileged access issues
  • Support Active Directory and Entra ID identity cleanup initiatives.
  • Implement risk-based access policies and lifecycle automation.
Authentication Modernization
  • Support passwordless authentication initiatives.
  • Implement FIDO2 security keys and phishing-resistant MFA.
  • Migrate legacy authentication systems to modern protocols (WebAuthn, OIDC, SAML).
Federation and Access Management
  • Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation integrations using Microsoft Entra ID and other IdPs.
  • Implement conditional access and adaptive authentication policies.
  • Coordinate with PAM teams for privileged access management.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work with Security, IAM Engineering, and Compliance teams.
  • Support IGA platform upgrades, integrations, and operational maintenance.
  • Maintain documentation and provide reporting on access certification and compliance metrics.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 5 years hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Active Directory
    • Microsoft Entra ID
    • Federated authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2)
