Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Sell policies that benefit prospects and meet identified coverage needs
  • Complete time-sensitive tasks with accuracy and reliability
  • Achieve minimum premium sales goals
  • Sell at least one life policy each month
  • Participate in ongoing training, education, and skill development

Requirements
  • Three to five years of relevant insurance experience
  • Licensed in Property and Casualty
  • Licensed in Life and Health
  • Must have a proven track record in sales
  • Computer literate with intermediate spreadsheet skills
  • Strong communication ability including narrative and storytelling skills
  • Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
