We are seeking a career-driven individual with experience supporting attorneys in high-volume litigation and regulatory compliance practice groups. Strong project management, research, writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are key to succeeding in this role.
We are hiring a HYBRID Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in litigation, regulatory compliance, and environmental law. Responsibilities will include managing both electronic and paper case files, reviewing documents, preparing reports, and assisting attorneys in depositions, trials, mediations, arbitrations, and ADR. Experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Casepoint and Relativity is a plus. The role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of paralegal experience and a bachelor’s degree in law; a paralegal certificate is preferred. This position can be based in either New York or Washington, DC.

This role requires the candidate to be proficient in managing electronic and paper case files, reviewing documents, preparing reports, and assisting attorneys in depositions, trials, mediations, arbitrations, and ADR. Experience with ediscovery platforms such as Casepoint and Relativity is a plus. The candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of paralegal experience and a bachelor's degree in law. A paralegal certificate is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage electronic and paper case files meticulously and efficiently.
- Review and analyze a broad range of documents for relevance and privilege.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, trials, mediations, arbitrations, and ADR.
- Prepare detailed reports and documents for trials and attorney review.
- Coordinate and manage ediscovery platforms and processes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all aspects of litigation and legal procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest environmental laws and regulations.
- Provide comprehensive litigation support to the legal team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of paralegal experience.
- Proven experience in litigation, regulatory compliance, and environmental law.
- Proficiency in managing electronic and paper case files.
- Experience in reviewing and preparing legal documents and reports.
- Ability to assist attorneys in depositions, trials, mediations, arbitrations, and ADR.
- Knowledge of ediscovery platforms such as Casepoint and Relativity is a plus.
- Paralegal certificate is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
