What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll connect with small and mid-sized businesses, qualify opportunities, and support the sales pipeline through outbound engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and prospective B2B clients
- Engage decision-makers through consultative conversations
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored business solutions
- Partner with sales teams to drive qualified opportunities and revenue
- Use persuasive communication and negotiation skills to influence outcomes
- Track interactions and maintain accurate records across systems
- Analyze data and identify growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ year of call center or customer-facing experience
- Experience with outbound calling or dialer systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask across systems
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales mindset with a consultative approach
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet or exceed targets
- Curiosity and ability to uncover business needs
