What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll connect with small and mid-sized businesses, qualify opportunities, and support the sales pipeline through outbound engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads and prospective B2B clients
  • Engage decision-makers through consultative conversations
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored business solutions
  • Partner with sales teams to drive qualified opportunities and revenue
  • Use persuasive communication and negotiation skills to influence outcomes
  • Track interactions and maintain accurate records across systems
  • Analyze data and identify growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of call center or customer-facing experience
  • Experience with outbound calling or dialer systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask across systems

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Sales mindset with a consultative approach
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to meet or exceed targets
  • Curiosity and ability to uncover business needs
