Our client, a leading organization in facility management services, is seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting multiple sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Matthews, NC
Pay: $33-$35
What's the Job?
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment and systems across multiple sites to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine inspections, calibrations, and part replacements on HVAC and related systems.
- Travel between facilities to monitor and ensure all systems are functioning correctly.
- Oversee preventative maintenance, inventory control, and contracted maintenance services.
- Record operational data, make adjustments, and ensure compliance with safety and facility standards.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- EPA 608 Universal Certification.
- Ability to troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
