Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Perform start-up, commissioning, and balancing of commercial HVAC systems in accordance with company standards and project specifications.
2. Test HVAC systems and components to ensure proper functionality, identifying and addressing any issues or malfunctions.
3. Adjust system controls to recommended settings for optimal performance.
4. Work closely with the project team to ensure HVAC systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall project.
5. Document all commissioning and testing procedures and results, maintaining detailed records for future reference.
6. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other technicians to address any issues or concerns.
7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HVAC systems, offering solutions to complex problems.
8. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines.
9. Continually update knowledge of HVAC systems and their components, staying current with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience as an HVAC Technician with proven experience with start-up and commissioning of commercial systems.
2. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, testing, and troubleshooting techniques.
3. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical individuals.
5. Strong attention to detail, ensuring all work is completed accurately and to the highest standard.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
7. Familiarity with safety regulations and guidelines related to HVAC systems.
8. Physically capable of performing manual work, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
9. Must hold a valid driver's license.
