Job Details:

Schedule: Rotating weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Pay: $25 - $35 per hour plus performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, service, and repairs on residential HVAC systems
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently
• Install new HVAC systems and components as necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of work and materials used
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
• EPA certification (type II, universal a plus)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
