HVAC Service Manager (Commercial)
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth
Overview: Immediate opening for a HVAC Service Manager to join a large mechanical contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The HVAC Service Manager leads the service team and oversees daily service operations. This role focuses on supporting technicians, keeping customers happy, and ensuring service work is completed safely, on time, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support HVAC service technicians
- Manage daily scheduling, dispatch, and service workflow
- Ensure service work meets quality, safety, and customer standards
- Act as the main escalation point for service issues
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Review service tickets, pricing, and change orders
- Track labor, productivity, and basic service KPIs
- Support service contracts and renewals

Requirements
- 5+ years of Commercial HVAC service experience
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong HVAC technical knowledge
- Ability to manage people, priorities, and customer expectations
- Valid driver’s license
