HVAC Sales Consultant

Fante’s Home Services, a trusted residential Heating & Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing company serving Southern New Jersey, is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels at building trust with homeowners and closing high-quality comfort solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to assess heating and cooling needs
• Present and sell HVAC replacement and upgrade solutions
• Educate customers on system options, energy efficiency, and comfort improvements
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts
• Utilize ServiceTitan to manage leads, appointments, and sales documentation
• Explain available PSEG rebates, incentives, and financing options
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in residential HVAC sales
• Strong consultative sales approach and closing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Knowledge of PSEG rebates and financing programs is a strong plus
• Valid driver’s license
