HVAC or HVAC/R Technician

Key Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC/R systems
• Complete seasonal tune‑ups, inspections, and system performance checks
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about findings and recommended solutions
• Document work performed, parts used, and system conditions in company software
• Install or assist with installation of HVAC equipment, components, and accessories
• Follow safety procedures, local codes, and company standards on every job
• Participate in an on‑call rotation (for service‑level technicians)
• Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in clean, working order
• Collaborate with office staff and fellow technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction
• Mentor junior technicians or apprentices (for senior‑level roles)
