Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HVAC department, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing training, guidance, and support as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions that meet their needs and maintain our company's reputation for excellence.
- Prepare and manage the HVAC department's budget, making cost-effective decisions to maximize profitability.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends, implementing new practices as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service management.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to HVAC.
- Ability to keep up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends.
