Position Overview

The Comfort Consultant works directly with customers to evaluate comfort concerns, assess HVAC systems, and recommend appropriate solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and educating homeowners, without being confined to a desk or strictly in the field.

This is a hybrid role, combining in-home consultations and field visits with administrative work completed from a designated home office.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: Blended compensation plan of base plus commissions based on sales. Target earnings of $150k/year or more

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to assess comfort issues and HVAC system needs
  • Perform system evaluations and identify opportunities for repair, maintenance, or replacement
  • Educate customers on HVAC options, energy efficiency, and long-term comfort solutions
  • Present recommendations clearly and professionally, helping customers make informed decisions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate follow-through and customer satisfaction
  • Complete required documentation, proposals, and follow-up communications
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
