SummaryThe Human Resource Specialist supports more than 180 employees across multiple locations within a nonprofit organization. This position performs human resource duties at a professional level and carries responsibility across the functional areas outlined below. A high degree of reliability, responsiveness, confidentiality, and consistent positive interactions are essential to success in this role. The ideal candidate is proficient in office systems, including ADP and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field (current work towards earning a degree will be considered); or
  • Four years of work experience within a Human Resource Department.
  • Employment is contingent upon successfully completing and passing a Pre-employment Drug Screen and a Washington State Patrol Background Check and/or National Background Check, Reference Checks, Credit Check if applicable and other required documents.

Starting Wage:  $23.46/Hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Salary Range:  $23.46 - $30.61/Hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.
