HR Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- The HR Specialist will facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support employee relations by addressing questions, concerns, and resolving conflicts
- Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and time-off tracking
- The HR Specialist will help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and professional development programs
- The HR Specialist will prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics
Preferred Qualifications of the HR Specialist Role
- Proven experience in a Human Resources role preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
