Location: Near Tallmadge, Ohio
Schedule: On-site, Monday - Friday
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

Key Responsibilities(HR manager):
- Oversee full-cycle employee onboarding, hiring, and recruiting processes across both manufacturing and office teams
- Partner with leadership and employees to ensure consistent HR support and employee relations
- Administer HR policies, compliance, and employee programs to foster a positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
Qualifications(HR manager):
- 6-10 years of HR experience (prior HR Manager experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to balance strategic HR management with hands-on daily support
