Broadstaff is recruiting for an HR Manager to support a rapidly growing, construction-focused organization operating across data centers, fiber, and infrastructure projects nationwide.
This is a hands-on HR leadership role supporting a high-volume, field-based workforce with a strong emphasis on weekly payroll, compliance, and operational HR execution.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee weekly payroll processing for a multi-state, field-based workforce
Ensure accuracy in timekeeping, job costing, and payroll compliance
Partner with operations leaders to support field employees and project teams
Manage employee relations, onboarding, and HR operations across job sites
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
Support benefits administration, policy implementation, and HR reporting
Help scale HR processes to support rapid workforce growth
Environment
Construction / field services workforce (650+ employees, scaling to 1,000+)
Mix of data center, fiber, and infrastructure projects
Fast-paced, operationally driven culture with strong field presence
Requirements
5+ years of HR experience in construction, field services, or similar environment
Strong experience managing weekly payroll (multi-state preferred)
Experience supporting high-volume, hourly workforce
Knowledge of labor compliance and HR best practices in construction
Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
Strong communication skills with both field and corporate teams
Compensation
$90K $105K base salary
