We design and manufacture QPL Mil-spec and custom circular and rectangular electrical and electronic connectors for the military and aerospace industries. We also specialize in designing and building high-speed cable assemblies, media converters and Ethernet switches, fiber optic connectors and cable assemblies, high power and high voltage connectors, EMI/EMP filter connectors, hermetically sealed connectors, and a variety of special applications connectors and custom interconnect systems.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Human Resources Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who has a passion for improving processes, driving change, and making a significant impact on an organization. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, managing and overseeing all aspects of our human resources operations. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day operations with big picture strategy.
Responsibilities:
As a Human Resources Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure a competitive and diverse workforce.
4. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
5. Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
6. Nurturing a positive working environment by building and promoting a strong team spirit.
7. Overseeing and managing training & development programs for all employees.
8. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
9. Developing compensation and benefits plans to support the organization's goals.
10. Updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures to foster a healthy work environment.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level Human Resources role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in Human Resources Management, Training & Development, HR Policies & Procedures, and Compensation & Benefits.
4. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
6. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
8. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
9. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
10. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
